“My truth” and “your truth” do not exist. Truth is not something that can be contained or controlled.
We can own our opinion about the truth, our perspective on reality, and our view of the world. Those are ours, for good or ill, and they can be changed at will.
Not so with truth. Truth exists: uncompromising, unchangeable, uncontrollable.
Yet truth is not impersonal or dispassionate or disconnected from us.
Truth has a name.
His name is JESUS.
