Paul writes in I Thessalonians 2:18-20, “For who is our hope or joy or crown of exultation? Is it not even you, in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming? For you are our glory and joy.”
To Paul, the greatest reward he was looking forward to in Heaven was seeing the people whom his ministry had brought to Christ.
Our hope of eternity with Jesus should fill us with passion to share the Good News with everyone around us. With Heaven shining in our eyes, we should be willing to go to the very gates of Hell to snatch people from suffering an eternity without Jesus.
